it's not that women aren't afraid to appraoch. it's not their job, so whenever one does approach, I take caution.
If a woman approaches you, what do you think she will do if you wren't there.. what do you think she will do when you leave?
A woman is not supposed to approach. A woman is supposed to make it known that she wants to be approached. It's your job to take the queue and approach

Although they won't start approaching dudes, they'll at least stop giving you crap for being shy, lazy, whatever your reason is for not approaching sooner.
