When you are in love, you would obviously like the other person to reciprocate these feelings. But how, if the other person doesn't know that he or she is the centre of your loving affection? |
The solution: pluck up courage and confess your love. Such a first declaration of love can be done in a multitude of ways, and you will decide yourself which one is right one for you.
* It is important when making your first declaration of love that you find just the right words. If your beloved dosen't like poetry, don't try to declare your love in the form of poem. Think carefully what might impress your beloved.
* For your first declaration you should pay attention to your outer appearance. That doesn't mean that you can't wear casual clothes,but you should make shure that your clothes are neat and clean and that you make a good impression.
* The best time for a declaration of love is of course the evening, because you will have some time for yourselves afterwards. Of course, you could also declare your love in the morning, but remember: if you then have to go your separate ways, perhaps because you have to go to the office, it can be very unsatisfactory for both of you.
* Invite your beloved to dinner in a romantic restaurant – perhaps for a candlelight dinner? In the glow of the candles look deeply into her/his eyes. Then simply say „I love you.” There is no need for any further explanation.
* One thing is very important for your declaration of love: don’t stare at the floor, the ceiling or anywhere else _ look straight into the eyes of the person that you love. Maybe you could also take his or her hand – this creates an additional physical bond.
* Music is another good means of telling someone „I love you.” CD with love songs that you especially like and give it to your beloved with the words, „ This music expresses what you meen to me.”

* Another declaration of love with a photo: make a collage from two photos of yourself. On the one picture you should look sad and on the other very cheerful. * Declare your love using the words of famous poets. No matter whether you give the partner of your dreams a love poem in writing or recite it yourself: the words of famous people are often more appropriate than our own. So why not make use of of them?
